How long is my lease?

Our leases are all month-to-month. Cancel anytime after your first full month.

When can I access my unit?

All of our tenants have 24 hour access to their units. We have someone on call at all times in case you have difficulty accessing.

Where do I pay?

You can login online. If you're a tenant, we've sent you a link! You can also call, leave it in our drop box, or mail it to 19803 Alfalfa Drive, Lago Vista, Tx 78645

What can I store in my unit?

It's up to you! We have utility trailers, boat trailers, jet skis, boats, travel trailers, RV's, motorcycles, classic cars, we even have a fire truck!
